Cs Subtitle Adder
A set of utilities for adding subtitles to the Cosmosphere "outro" vids.
The purpose of these tools is to allow us to use the JP cosmosphere outro vids, but with English subtitles that scroll under the JP scrolling text, and fit in nicely with the rest of the video.
