These elite Sacred Army guards appear in the Grand Bell Hall during Phase 3, although only for a couple of event battles.
Despite being called elite, they are actually pitifully weak, to the point that even a couple of Reyvateils without vanguards can easily mop the floor with them. Therefore, they aren't a reason to worry about: the player should just use a weak Song Magic or a few attacks with their vanguards, and they will fall very quickly.
