A Song that can be heard several times throughout the course of Ar nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star.
One of its uses is playing during the game's introduction as it tells about the destruction of Ra Ciela and the appearance of the Sharls. Due to its widespread usage, it has been stated to be the game's hidden theme song, while Ra Ciel Reincarnation is the actual theme song for it.[1]
The power this Song holds is the ability to separate souls that have lost their individuality and have been fused into something, so the main use Kanon gave to it was to detach the individual souls of the Genoms that perished due to Ra Ciela's destruction and that got all their souls fused and compressed into the energy body known as the Micro Quasar, whose energy was mostly left unused after Nero's sabotage. Due to the compression, they ended up generating a great power in exchange for completely losing their Qualia. However, Kanon began using this Song to detach the souls from the Micro Quasar and began sending them into vessels, which happened to be the Sharls Zill was creating through using Ion to Sing Class::CIEL_NOSURGE;.
In short, it could be said this Song performs a Fourier Transform over a clump of fused souls to return them to their proper states thanks to the characteristic H-Wave signatures each soul possesses, but since this is a delicate job, it requires a tremendous amount of time and energy to be carried out, which is why Kanon spent several days Singing it: in part to repent for the sin the humans committed of destroying their home planet and exterminating the Genoms, and in part because extracting these souls and reincarnating them as Sharls was such a complicated process.[1] Therefore, Kanon lost the ability to Sing it after Cosal left her when she Sang yal fii-ne noh-iar;.
However, the Sharls caused a great deal of trouble for the humans due to how Zill manipulated them and the Genomirai Church for her own ends. This is why Kanon decided to try Singing it again to solve the situation the Motherly Overseer was causing and to help the humans after making them go through so many hardships, which is why after Cosal turned her down her request for a second Synchronization, Nay Synchronized with her and they attempted to perform a Chain between them, the Sharls and the humans to force the souls that were absorbed by the Motherly Overseer to separate, as said creature was also a large clump of souls that had their Qualia removed. While the people initially refused to help them, one of Renall's stratagems convinced several people to Synchronize with the Sharls and take part in the Chain, separating the souls that formed the Motherly Overseer and rendering it completely powerless. This also restored the people's faith in the Divine Empress, though it was at the cost of Nay revealing her identity as the Empress.
Therefore, it could be said this Song represents the flow of the relationship between the humans and the Sharls. Finally, the usage of Russian in this Song and in yal fii-ne noh-iar; was done to express the differences in the thought patterns and emotional sensitivity of both races, which was one of the main sources of conflict between them.
