A rather marked improvement from both the Falcon Hawk and the Vulture, the Roc outclasses both of them in stats, yet still it has pretty much the same moveset as the Vulture, although its Shockwave attack delays the turns of the party members, making them act much later than they should. Despite this, it shouldn't be much problem to defeat it, although it might take some time.
