The most powerful Angel-type enemy, which as the description implies, has complete immunity against Thunder, halves Wind damage, and has great resistance against Fire and Ice. Their stats are also much higher than any of its predecessors, and its skill set pretty much gathers the best of its type: Eisenstrum, Svet Strike, and finally, a new trick called Divine Light that hits all party members four times. They can't restore their HP, but given that all of their attacks are multi-hit ones, and Divine Light can damage all party members at once, the player should be very careful when fighting against them.
