Skills (スキル, sukiru?) is the name given to the boosts the player can buy and equip to the Sharls in Ciel nosurge: Ushinawareta Hoshi e Sasagu Uta. While there is a large number of skills, they all have to do with increasing a Sharl's stats, and while players can buy as much as they can pay with their HymP, each Sharl can only equip up to a max of 6. Obviously, Skills bought for a Sharl can't be used in another.

There are several changes in regards to the Online version: the number of common users requirement is dropped, most skills had their HymP costs reduced, and several new and more powerful skills were introduced to each type in order to compensate for the fact the players can't rely any more on the powerful Sharls raised by other people.
