メイメイに質問です。メイメイは周辺が強敵だらけの天文台で業務をやっていますし、カナデとメイメイは姉妹で、しかもカナデが省電力モードになれば外見まで同じにななるので、本気を出せば実は強いのではないのでしょうか？ （武道派のカナデが尋常じゃないくらい強くなりすぎただけかもしれませんけど。） もしそうなら前回メイメイがボルドに襲われた時に、みゅうちゃんが居なくても結果は変わらなかったですね。 （ASH）

I have a question for Meimei. Meimei works at the Observatory, which has very powerful enemies on its outskirts, she and Kanade are sisters, and furthermore if Kanade has her same appearance whenever she changes to sleep made, would she be very powerful if she had to get serious? (Although Kanade herself is such a great martial artist that maybe Meimei doesn't surpass her when it comes to strength.) If that's the case, the result from when she was attacked by Bourd in the previous issue would have been the same even if Miu hadn't been there, right? (ASH)

……随分と答えるのが難しい投稿ですね。 確かに私は戦闘タイプではないから、カナデと比べたら弱いです。 けど、天文台で仕事をしている以上、何かのトラブルで敵が私のところに来たときにはちゃんと対処できなければ、メイドさん失格です。だから、メイドロボットではあるけれど天文台で起きるトラブルのほとんどには一人で対応出来る最低限の力、はありますです。一応メイメイは天文台の可愛いメイドさんですから、正確に自分がどれくらいの力を出せるのかは教えられません。 まあ、ウヨウヨしている敵くらいなら倒す倒さないは別にして、どうにかすることは出来る、程度の力だと思ってもらえればいいと思いますです。

...It won't be easy at all to answer to this submission. It's true that I wasn't built for battle, so I'm weaker compared to Kanade. However, if I couldn't deal with the enemies that come from beyond the Observatory whenever any kind of trouble arises on those areas, I would be a failure as a maid. That's because, as a maid robot, I still have the bare minimum necessary power to manage most problems there by myself. Just in case, I'm just the cute maid from the Observatory, but I can't say in a precise way how much power I would be able to wield. Well, aside of being able to defeat swarms of enemies or not, there are several other things I can do, but it'll be better for me to leave the overall extent of my power to your imagination.

ベータ純血種はミシャしかいない事はありませんよ。プラティナには少ないですが、ミシャ以外にもベータ純血種はいます。 ですが、プラティナ以外の世界には、ベータ純血種は一人もいないのは確かです。 ただ、塔の中はまだ解明されていないところも沢山ありますから、アクティブなベータ純血種の中核三角環（種）が眠っているかもしれません。

It isn't true that Misha is the only Pureblooded β-Type in existence. There are  still a few of them living in Platina, so that means Misha isn't the only one. However, it's true that not even one Pureblooded β-Type exists in the world outside of Platina. Still, it's possible there could be several active Pureblooded β-Type Triangular Nuclear Loops (seeds) sleeping in some unknown place within the Tower.

レーヴァテイル…というよりかは、ベータ純血種やオリジンが18歳で成長が止まる理由ですよね？ それは、遺伝子DNAのレーヴァテイル版である「中核三角環」の中にプログラムされている成長プロセスと、それに必要な （成長データを出力する為の）搬送波のジェネレートが18年分で終了するようになっているからです。 要するに、レーヴァテイルは18年かけて成長するように、最初からプログラムされている…という事です。 成長はレーヴァテイル個人で止められるものではありません。もし止められるのなら、第三世代はこんなに大変なことになっていませんから。 それは貴方が身長が伸びるのを意図的に止められるかどうか…と言えば、分かっていただけるのでは無いでしょうか？ ちなみに余談ですが、私は16歳です。そこのところ、間違えないようにお願いします。

The reason for the growth of the Reyvateils... or rather, that of the Pureblooded β-Types and Origins being stopped when they turn 18? That is because the growth process programmed within the "Triangular Nuclear Loop", which serves as the Reyvateil version of the DNA, and the generator for the carrier it waves it needs (for outputting the growth data) stop working when the Reyvateil turns 18. However, that doesn't mean the Reyvateil herself can choose when to stop her own growth. If they could, Third Generations wouldn't have to go through so much trouble. To put in other words, it'd be as you could intentionally make yourself taller... or something like that, but you understand, right? Incidentally, this might be a bit out of the topic, but I'm 16 years old. Therefore, please don't mistake me for anything else.

それでは、今回も分かりやすく解説しますね！きゅっきゅっ！ アヤタネが超強力と言っているのは、アヤタネに「触れる」からです。物質波と言われる「導体D波」がこの世界に 物理体を構成する（一定領域の定常D波を変化させる）には、それ相応のエネルギーが必要です。 ちなみに、詩魔法でもそうですが、熱や寒気などの形のないもの、炎や水といった元素的なものは、比較的弱い導力によって実現できます。 しかし、形を具現化するにはそれよりも大きな導力が必要です。更に、それが触れる程に具現化するためには、更に導力が必要です。 触れるという事は、簡単に言ってしまえば、その一部の世界に対して、完全な波形の書き換えを行っているという事ですので、 それは世界の秩序を歪めることであり、その為には少なくとも導力量だけは世界を維持している導力量と釣り合わなければ消されてしまいます。 蜃気楼のように視覚だけであれば、目に見える波長の部分のみで良いので少ない導力でも実現可能です。 そんな感じですが、分かっていただけましたか？ちょっと今日の質問は、易しく説明するのが難しくて…ごめんなさい。 きゅっきゅってするから、許してくださいっ。

In order for the matter waves we know as "Dynamic D-Waves" to structure the physical world (to change a specific region of Static D-Waves), they need an amount of energy proportional to what they will change. In other words, this means that Song Magic is basically like this, and with a comparatively weak amount of Symphonic Power, it can materialize formless things like heat and cold, or basic elements like flames and water. However, to actually embody things it would require a far greater amount of Symphonic Power. Therefore, to create actually tangible matter, far more Symphonic Power would be needed than for typical Song Magic. Since the very act of touching it, to put it in simpler terms, would be completely rewriting the waveforms of a place in the world. This warps the world's order, so for this to happen, the amount of Symphonic Power needed would need to be of at least the same level or higher than that used by the world to preserve its order. In the other hand, if it's only visible like a mirage, it only needs the wavelengths that can be perceived by the eye, which allows it to materialize with a far lower amount of Symphonic Power. It's more or less like this, so did you understand it? I tried to explain it the simplest I could, but it's a complicated concept... so I'm sorry. I'll say kyuu kyuu to you, so please forgive me...

最近バタバタしていて、更新が遅くなってしまい申し訳ありません。 とにかく１つだけ言えることは、どんなことがあっても、一定水準以上のクオリティを保ちながら続けていこう、 という事をいつも考えているという事です。 トウコウスフィアもそうですが、アルトネリコの世界が皆さんにとても愛されていて、 その為にこれからも続けていこう…と思っているものがいくつもあります。さぽているなどもその１つですし、各種関連商品もそうです。 ただ、それらは必ず全て、一定のクオリティを保ちながら続けていきたいと考えています。 どんな関連商品でもどんな理由があっても、世に出たらそれは同一に「アルトネリコ」なわけですから、 だからこそ、私自身が胸を張って皆さんにお薦めできるものでアルトネリコワールドを構成したいと思っています。 一人でも多くの方が、買って良かった！見て良かった！と思えるものを作りたい。 それが私が皆さんに出来る、一番の貢献だと思っていますから。 これから２も発売され、更に盛り上がっていく事と思います。そんな中でも、この事だけはずっと心に留め続けていきます。 これからもアルトネリコをよろしくお願いします！ （土屋）

Lately I've been pretty busy, so I'm sorry this update took so long to go live. Anyway, there's just one thing I want to say, and that's that I'll continue while keeping the same standard of quality you know no matter what happens. That's what I always keep on mind. This also goes for the Toukousphere, as since you all love the Ar tonelico world so much, I'll continue with it from now on... and that's also something I've been thinking a lot lately. This also goes for other related products, such as the Supporteils. Still, I'll also make sure to keep a consistent quality level for them all, as that's what I want to do. No matter the kind of related products or the reasons I have to make something, since they are all parts of "Ar tonelico" coming out into the world, that's why I want to structure an Ar tonelico world that I can be proud about when people recommend it to others. I want to make things that will make anyone think, no matter if it's a single person or many: "I'm glad to have bought this!", "I'm glad to have seen this!" Because I think that would be my greatest contribution to everyone. Now 2 will be released soon, I think this place will become even more active.
