インフェルに質問です。IPDはヒュムネクリスタルは能力があれば誰でもダウンロードできるそうですが、それはクイーン登録されるぐらいじゃないとダメですかね？何を基準とされてるかよく分からないのでお願いします！ （雪代 四葉）

I have a question for Infel. Can any IPD Download the Hymn Crystals for Infel Phira, or they can't unless they are registered as the Queen? Please, explain it to me! I can't understand well how it's supposed to work! (Yukiyo Shiho)

I.P.D.は、誰でもヒュムネクリスタルをダウンロード出来るわよ。例えクイーン登録されていなくてもね。I.P.D.でないレーヴァテイルはヒュムネコードが無いとダウンロードが出来ないけど、その辺はI.P.D.では改善されていて、ヒュムノスを受け入れるキャパシティがあれば誰でもダウンロード出来るようになっているわ。キャパシティとは、いわゆるI.P.D.レベルに当たるものなんだけど、これが第三世代でいうところのレーヴァテイルランクに相当するものと思ってくれて構わないわ。 I.P.D.用のヒュムネクリスタル、その中身は新約パスタリエによるプログラムなんだけど、このプログラムには必要は導力量が記録されていて、ダウンロード時にI.P.D.が持っている導力量と比較するの。それでI.P.D.の導力量の方が大きければダウンロードされるというわけ。 例えばMETHOD_METAFALICA/.などはとても大きな導力量を要求されるため、I.P.D.レベル９の力を持つI.P.D.でないとダウンロード出来ないわね。 それとクイーン登録というものは完全に別物ではあるんだけど、クイーン登録はインフェル・ピラと相当なシンクロ率を確立しないと出来ないから、必然的にI.P.D.レベルが相当高いレーヴァテイル、具体的にはレベル９のみになるわ。

Anyone among the IPDs is able to Download the Hymn Crystals designed for Infel Phira, even if none among them was registered as the Queen. Even though Reyvateils without Hymn Codes that aren't IPD can't Download them either, the advantage the IPDs have are possessing a Capacity for receiving the Hymmnos, making them able to perform the Downloads. This Capacity is also called their IPD Level, and it wouldn't be mistaken to consider akin to the ranking system that was established for the normal Third Generations. The Hymn Crystals used by the IPDs contain a program written in New Testament of Pastalie, but they also need to contain a certain quantity of Symphonic Power, which is compared with the Symphonic Power that the IPD can handle at the time of the Download. If the IPD has the same or greater energy level than the one contained in the crystal, she will be able to Download the Song. For example, Songs like METHOD_METAFALICA/. have a large Symphonic Power requirement, so no IPDs except for the Level 9 ones are able to Download them. But there is a special exception to that for the one that was registered as the Queen, which is only because the Queen is established to have a perfect synchronization with Infel Phira, and this in turn causes her to raise dramatically her IPD Reyvateil level, so the Queens are only Level 9 IPDs.

今回は私の身体についての話が多いわね。 あの身体は、塔から照射されている導体D波によって形成されているわ。あまり自分では言いたくないけど、一番要素的に近いものといえば「詩魔法キャラ」ね。そう、オリカやミシャが戦闘中に出す「シルフのダンス」や「華」と同じということ。 アレも実体としては存在していないもので、視覚的な要素しかないものなの。要するに見えるけど触れない存在。詩魔法キャラはオリカやミシャが謳って出しているものだけど、私の場合クレセントクロニクルが謳ってくれているから出ていられるという感じね。 残念だけど、ウイルスの方がデジタル生命体としては高性能ね。

We got several questions about my body this issue. That body is actually formed due to exposure to the Dynamic D-Waves emitted by the Tower. I only get to sell 1 to 2 items on a day, so it'd be very hard to statistically check which of them sell the best. But if you don't mind, the item that sells the best is the scrubber... I think. なかなかコアな質問をしてくるね。火薬と製造方法はごく普通の爆弾だよ。説明する事なんて無いくらいのね。ただ、材料となる鉱石がホルスの翼でも末端の方、カルル村より遙かに向こうの方でしか取れないから、ジャックによく採りに行ってもらっているんだけど。 あのミサイルがどこから飛んできているかって？それだけは教えられないよ。

A very core question, huh? The gunpowder and construction methods are the same as the ones for a normal bomb, so I don't think I really gotta explain them. But I've gotta say that the ores I use for the gunpowder can only be gotten at the border of the Wings of Horus, far beyond Karulu Village, so I always make Jack go gather them for me.
