Cynthia, originally called Sincere (シンシア, Shinshia), is a blacksmith who runs the weapon shop of Pastalia. Croix is one of her most regular customers, and claims that she produces the best weapons available in Metafalss.
She has strong, but unrequited feelings for Croix, and is quite forceful with them : she calls him Coo, and describes the weapons she crafts for him as "children of their love", a behavior that embarrasses him greatly. She feels upset seeing other girls around him (with the exception of Cocona), especially his girlfriend Luca, but really cares about him and wants to avoid making him worry.
She enjoys teasing Lady Cloche, likes flowers, and is afraid of cockroaches.
